Our Trainers

HME Training has a team of trainers who support the delivery of courses available, all of which continually update their practice in areas such as Health Care, Social Care and Educational settings.

All trainers actively partake in regular development days provided by HME and are supported in their Continuous Professional Development. HME also provides team members with an annual review.

HME training has worked closely with others to develop a Network Partnership through which Quality Assured Trainers and other service providers can be sourced to support our training delivery.

Responsibilities

All of our training is delivered at a very high level of expertise and flexibility to meet the needs of a variety of individual learning styles. All course delegates will be prepared in the best way possible both before and during the course in order to achieve learning outcomes. Any courses of a practical nature may require course delegates to complete a health questionnaire so the trainer/s can ensure all health needs are catered for. We expect all course participants to behave in a respectful and professional manner and to up hold any ground rules set by the group. Some courses will require delegates to demonstrate  a level of competency and will be assessed accordingly, however HME Training  Ltd & HME Ltd take no responsibility for the delegates competency in the work place.

Equality

HME Training ensures that all course participants have equal access to the learning opportunities offered and to meet individual need.  If you feel that any of our services could be adapted to be more suitable for your requirements please do contact us.

Monitoring Standards

HME training constantly monitors all aspects of its service delivery. All training days have a record diary log completed by the trainers and used for discussion and reflection purposes. All course delegates will be required to complete an evaluation and encouraged to provide verbal feedback when appropriate. A certificate of attendance will be provided by HME  and where appropriate a certificate from the awarding body will be posted on to delegates after approval.   All aspects of course planning involves consultation with relevant experts in the particular subject area and HME has systems in place to receive and monitor new legislation and government directives that will have a direct impact on training provision.

In the unlikely event you feel that HME Training has not met your requirements or you wish to discuss an issue with us we would more than welcome your feedback. Please do contact us at the address below.
