Managing employees can
sometimes mean addressing problem behaviour which can lead
to conflict which has to be managed carefully and within the
context of the law. This seminar enables delegates to
understand their obligations in managing conflict
professionally thus reducing the possibility of successful,
costly and time consuming unfair dismissal claims. This
seminar is uniquely flexible in that its content is based on
the outcome of delegates diagnostic tools identifying the
strengths and weaknesses in their approach to managing
conflict. The seminar programme allows time for delegates to
discuss any issues they currently face, developing an
approach to take away with them.
