Martin has a specialist knowledge of training needs
analysis and conducting manual handling audits using
our tested methodologies. |

Rosemary Rodgers
Rosemary is recognised as a leading manual handling
consultant with extensive experience in the field.
Rosemary coordinates the development and production
of materials to assist organisations with the
development of policies, procedures, management
systems, risk assessment, monitoring and audit. |

Russ Whittaker
Russ is a proven expert manual
handling trainer. He has particular skills in
working with staff that care for people with
learning disabilities, severe and multiple
impairment. By contrast he has developed many
skills in the field of industrial handling for risk
assessment and training. |

Bronwen Jones
Bronwen is a highly qualified and experienced manual
handling consultant. She has a wide range of
experience with community and day care services as
well as extensive skills in working with children
with multiple and profound disabilities. |

Mary Morris
Mary is a manual handling trainer with wide
experience in the care sector. She has a particular
interest in working with people with learning
disabilities and has developed many skills in
providing handling solutions for people with complex
needs. |

Sue Brown
Sue is a chartered physiotherapist and a graduate
member of the Ergonomics Society in which she
coordinates the East Midlands Group. She has wide
experience in work place assessment and advising
equipment users, their carers and health and social
care staff. In a varied career Sue has seen many
different environments from the manufacturing
industry, the care sector through to Inland
Waterways. In recent years Sue has been a research ergonomist advising NHS Supplies on the usability of
equipment. |

Janet Walker
Janet was a partner in a retail
pharmacy business for many years before becoming the
owner manager of a residential care home for the
elderly. In addition to her manual handling training
skills Janet is qualified as an NVQ and TOPSS
assessor and also delivers first aid training. |

Matt Jackson
Matt is a registered paediatric nurse and
has worked in a wide variety of hospital and
community settings both in and outside of
the NHS. Over recent years he has been
working closely with HME in the delivery of
moving and handling training for a local
Primary Care Trust and also delivers an
array of clinical care courses to
multidisciplinary staff groups. |
Jane Boulden
Jane is a nurse qualified to
degree level who for many years has delivered
training across a wide range of health and safety
matters such as COSHH, management training, manual
handling and risk assessment to a variety of
clients. Jane is an associate lecturer with the
British Safety Council and IOSH. She is also a
teacher and examiner for the NEBOSH certificate
and diploma. |

Mandy Disney
Mandy is highly qualified, particularly in the field
of occupational safety and health, having been Head of
health and safety in a large local government
department for many years. Mandy has written and
delivered health and safety services to a diverse
customer base throughout the U.K. A member of
various health and safety bodies Mandy works as a
field standards advisor and moderator for NEBOSH and
has worked with the HSE researching various aspects
of local authority practice. |

Julie Mills
Julie is a qualified nurse having particular
experience with the severely mentally and physically
handicapped. Julie managed a large nursing home for
10 years and recently has been a nurse advisor in back care, developing and
implementing manual handling strategies. |
