We undertake an on-site observation audit of the moving and handling methods used by your team during patient and client transfers, identifying any skills or knowledge gaps present.

This audit is designed to evaluate your training delivery, considering pre-training preparation, trainer specification, training venues and equipment, training content, methodologies, and post-training follow-ups. We also offer a free training needs analysis.
